Our Director has over 20 years experience in marketing and 10 years managing career promotion brand campaigns to members of professional associations, career advisors, school teachers, teacher associations, secondary and tertiary students, parents and the general public.

Formerly known as Cookie Dough Research and Marketing, we re-named the business in 2019 to CDM Branding, thus focusing on our expertise in industry branding.

CDM are based in Melbourne, Victoria with a national footprint servicing clients in NSW, Qld and WA.

Michelle Brooks
Director

Our director has over 20 years experience in research, brand management and marketing. Across her varied career, Michelle has lectured in marketing at Monash University, and applied her knowledge to industry challenges. She has overseen research, branding and strategic marketing projects across a portfolio of clients including names like BlueScope Steel Distribution, Hocking Stuart, the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and The Surveying Taskforce Inc.

David Massingham
Communications Specialist

David’s professional background is in copywriting and advertising writing. Across his ten years in the industry, he has written campaigns for major local, national and international clients including Open Universities Australia, Crown Resorts and APN News and Media. In the process, David built up experience researching, proofreading, editing and composing marketing material of all shapes and sizes to suit print, online, outdoor, mobile and social media platforms.

Chipiwa Muneri
Administration Officer

Across her 10 years as an administrator, Chipiwa has worked for Fairfax, The Age and Harris Scarfe in the production of catalogues, and marketing material. She has also coordinated events and work experience programs for the Surveying, A Life without Limits campaigns. Her expertise includes maintaining databases, developing procedures and work flows, liaising with key stakeholders, and overseeing & adhering to company brand style guidelines.
